HelpR is a product of An Seanchaí Media. When we say "HelpR", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean An Seanchaí Media and the HelpR service at helpr.moxr.dev.

2. What information we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide the HelpR service:

• Account information: Your name and email address when you register.
• Medication and care records: The data you enter into the app — medication names, doses, times, and care diary entries.
• Usage data: Basic information about how the app is used (e.g., which features are used), to help us improve the service. This is never linked to identifiable individuals.

We do not collect sensitive health data beyond what you explicitly enter yourself. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that link your activity to your identity.

3. How we use your information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the HelpR service
• Send medication reminders and notifications you have set up
• Generate reports you have specifically requested
• Respond to support requests
• Meet our legal obligations under GDPR

We will never use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the service you signed up for.

4. Your information is never shared or sold

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with any third party — ever. This is not a legal technicality with footnotes. It is a firm commitment.

The only time data ever leaves our systems is if the law requires us to provide it — for example, a court order. We will always notify you if this happens, unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely on servers within the European Economic Area (EEA). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is strictly limited to authorised personnel.

We retain your data for as long as you have an active account. If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Cookies

HelpR uses only essential cookies — the minimum needed to keep you logged in and the app functioning correctly. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or any third-party cookies that follow you across the web.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from logging in to the app.

8. Children's privacy

HelpR is not intended for use by children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of HelpR after that date means you accept the updated policy.
